Suzanne is a native Washingtonian. Suzanne has lived in the City of Falls Church for over twenty years. She has been active since 1976 in real estate in Northern Virginia and DC.
Suzanne knows her way around planning, zoning, building, and design. Suzanne was the chief planner for the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor in Arlington, head of Joint Development for Metroand head of the Land Use Division for Fairfax County. Trained in graduate school as a landscape architect, Suzanne brings an incredible design perspective and incite to every transaction, whether it be residential, commercial or investment.
In 1990, Suzanne ventured out to start her own business, Morning Glory Farm. Until 2002 Suzanne successfully owned and operated what Washingtonian magazine called ´one of the top ten garden centers in the Washington Metropolitan Area." During that time she was involved in numerous design and renovation projects, while also serving as a planning and development consultant to numerous companies, non-profits, and individuals.
Since becoming a full time realtor, Suzanne has sold numerous homes in Falls Church, Arlington, McLean, and Great Falls. Suzanne has also facilitated the sale of a variety of commercial properties and businesses. She has negotiated many commercial leases for both local and national clients.
She currently serves on the Falls Church Planning Commission, the Clarendon Sector Plan task force review committee, and does volunteer work with Lab Rescue.
